A grand Engadin farmhouse, dating back to 1595, was recently remodeled to create six superb apartments overlooking a charming garden.
Situated in La Punt Chameus, a picturesque village strategically located at the sun-drenched foot of the Albula Pass, on the shore of the Inn River, this house is within easy reach of two ski areas: a ten minute drive to St. Moritz; a five minute drive to the Zuoz Family Ski area.
Children love the family friendly resort because of the Musella children’s ski lift and the nearby playground.
In the ambitious renovation process, great care was taken to combine original architectural elements with the most refined contemporary luxuries. The earliest wooden panels have been restored in the old “Stuvas” (living rooms with boiserie), while the antique barrel and cross vaults have been preserved, creating a spacious cathedral-like interior.
