BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To book is requested a deposit 30% of the rent should be paid by bank transfer, PayPal at the moment of the booking. For the remaining 70% plus the final cleaning should be payed one month before arrival date.

The booking is considered accepted and confirmed for the Guest when the complete data and number of people are sent to us.

ARRIVAL

Arrival has to take place on the established day, between 16:00 pm and 7:00 pm and we ask to receive exact time to arrival at least two days before to organize the keys consignation of the apartment.

DEPARTURE

The hosts are expected to leave 9:00 am and 10:00 am on the established day.

The house must be left in order.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation one month before the arrival the guest will lose the deposit, if the cancellation occurs after the one month guest will not receive a refund.

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful, and absolutely massive home. Wed had such a great time, and can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay with a large group. The home is bigger than it looks, and every room is perfection. Quiet, but a two-minute walk to the train, in the most picturesque little village. Would stay here again and again.

This is an exceptional home, with an exceptional host. We had a wonderful stay in Laura’s beautiful chest – cozy, warm, spacious, exquisitely decorated and renovated with top-end amenities. This delightful atmosphere made it the perfect venue for our family gathering. The chest is located in a small village in the center of the Engadine valley, close to the abundant skiing and recreational activities available. Laura was a lovely host – warm, responsive and gracious. We highly recommend this property.
